Tina started her yoga journey in 2009 and has been practicing and studying Iyengar Yoga since approximately 2013. She is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and studies regularly with Simone Inns and Caroline Coggins. She has also attended workshops with Senior Iyengar Teachers and whilst overseas she immerses herself with local Iyengar schools which exposes her to the broader community.
Tina has experience in assisting and developing beginners on the mat and teaches weekly Beginners Classes and Courses.
With a love of travel she has a passion for healthy eating and lifestyles. Qualified with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography, she also holds a Cert IV in Food Coaching. Tina is also a partner, mother to 3 children and loves to be outdoors.
